Grifols is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead Production & Operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services environment. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, optimize workflows, ensure regulatory and quality compliance, and drive continuous improvement. You will lead and mentor a diverse team, manage performance metrics, and collaborate cross‑functionally to support safe, efficient patient‑focused services. Oversee day-to-day production and operations activities within assigned healthcare service lines to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of care and services
Translate strategic objectives from leadership into clear operational plans, performance targets, and production schedules
Monitor key performance indicators for throughput, quality, patient service levels, and cost, and implement corrective actions as needed
Lead, coach, and mentor frontline supervisors and operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning
Ensure adherence to all applicable healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies, including documentation and audit readiness
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven methods to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and enhance patient and provider experience
Partner closely with clinical, administrative, and supply chain teams to optimize staffing, equipment utilization, and material availability
Support budgeting and forecasting processes, track operational expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality
Develop, update, and enforce standard operating procedures and best practices across the production and operations department
Lead or support operational readiness for new services, technologies, and process changes, including training and change management
Investigate and resolve operational issues, service disruptions, and escalations, communicating outcomes and preventive measures to stakeholders
