Description

Centers Health Care is seeking a Floating Director of Nursing to provide regional clinical leadership across our tech-enabled care locations. In this role, you will oversee nursing operations, staffing, and quality, leveraging advanced software solutions to drive safe, efficient, and compliant care. You will mentor nursing leaders, standardize best practices, and support the rollout and optimization of digital tools. Working closely with cross-functional IT and operations teams, you will use data to guide improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation in patient care.
Provide clinical leadership across multiple locations, ensuring high standards of nursing care
Oversee nursing operations, staffing, and workflow efficiency at client sites
Implement and monitor clinical quality, compliance, and patient safety protocols
Leverage software and health IT tools to track outcomes and performance metrics
Train, mentor, and support nursing leaders and teams on best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional IT and operations teams to optimize digital solutions
Develop and update nursing policies, procedures, and documentation
Support change management and adoption of new clinical software platforms
Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance across all assigned locations
Report on clinical performance, risks, and improvements to senior leadership
