Continuous Improvement Specialist
Work Mode: Onsite
Location: Onsite – Sheridan, AR Opportunity Lead the deployment, sustainment, and continuous improvement of Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence practices across operations. This role will serve as a change agent and Lean expert, partnering closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Leadership to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people engagement. This position is both hands-on and strategic: you will lead improvement initiatives, develop standards, coach teams, and embed Lean thinking into daily management systems. You will play a critical role in building capability, driving measurable business results, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. Specific Responsibilities

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
