Procentrix is a Small Business technology and systems development firm based in Herndon, Virginia that specializes in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing solutions that help our clients maximize their investments in information technology.
We align our competencies to our customer's high-priority challenges. We let our client's mission and business objectives drive solutions rather than force-fit technology and services where they do not belong.
We help customers leverage the investments that they have already made on software products and licensing. We lead with Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) products and technologies - Recommending custom solutions only when they are truly required.
We don't claim to do everything. Our customers can rest assured that when we engage with them, we have done so because we have the right skills and experience to deliver successful results.
Our specializations enables us to create innovative solutions and deliver high-impact results. We build upon prior successes, enabling us to continually accomplish more on our client engagements.

Company History
A Look Back
Procentrix was founded in 2006 by people who are passionate about leveraging information technology to help public and private sector organizations address complex challenges. The objective was to accomplish this with a focus on helping clients maximize the investments they had already made on software and technologies. Having supported large government enterprises for over 15 years prior to launching Procentrix, we recognized that all too often, organizations purchase products and technologies but lack the specialized skills and capabilities needed to maximize their investments. Our goal, which has not changed to this day, was to build a company that is highly specialized, innovative and agile but that also offers the discipline and maturity of the large systems integrator.
Since forming the company, Procentrix has been able to attract and retain some of the brightest people in the industry. We attribute this largely to our culture of innovation, respect and commitment that has developed over the years. As a company, we have tackled challenges that are uncharacteristically complex for a company of our size to handle and have been successful each and every time. Some of our successes include the architecture, design and implementation of complex data cleansing, warehouse and business intelligence solution for AT&T and numerous large-scale collaboration portals and software development efforts throughout the Department of Homeland Security and other government agencies.

Moving forward, we will continue to tackle complex challenges that require highly skilled people and effective management processes. To ensure success, we will continually develop our services and capabilities in alignment with our client’s high-priority needs. We will also forge alliances and partnerships with complementary firms so that together we can offer our clients broad ranging solutions.
